Braised Chicken Wings with Mushrooms & Potatoes by Flora Ng S W

Ingredients

10pcs winglets or drumlets
6pcs dried mushrooms
2 medium size potatoes
3tsp mince shallot
1tsp mince garlic
500ml of water

Seasoning

2tsp soya sauce
4tsp oyster sauce
2tbsp of dark soya sauce (can adjust to more if you prefer darker
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper
Corn flour

Method

Washed n drain water off from wings n season it with soya sauce n pepper for 2 hours.

Soak mushrooms in warm water till soft. Cut off the tip.

Peel n slice potatos into 8s or medium size pcs.

Heat oil in wok n add in garlic n shallots to fry till frangrant.

Put in winglets or drumlets to stir fry till half cooked, then add in oyster sauce n soya sauce n mixed well.

Add 500ml water n turn on high heat till it boils then cook in lower fire for about 30mins.

Finally add in mushrooms n potatoes n cook in lower heat for another 20-30mins till chicken is soft n tender.

Ready to serve.
