Cinnamon French Toast muffins by Jeannie Lee


6 slices of bread (prefer over night
bread)
3eggs
1 cup fresh milk
2tbsp sugar
1tsp ground cinnamon

Whisk all the above
Cut bread into cubes, soak it in the egg mixture.
Transfer to muffins pan and bake for 20 to 25mins on temp 170deg.
