Panfried Halibut by Christine Tan



1 tablespoon KFC powder (Kenturkey Fried Chicken powder) can get them from NTUC..GIANT..SS😊
3 tablespoon potato starch
1/3 teaspoon black or ground pepper
1/3 teaspoon seasalt or normal salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Mix all together in a mixing bowl...with the above ingredients with halibut fillet for a minimum of 30mins (I cut the fillet into small chunks)

Panfry till golden brown
Place the fillet SKIN DOWN onto the pan and let it panfry at medium small fire for about 7mins
Do NOT crowd the pan with lots of fillet
Push the edges slowly with a wooden spatula and chopstick
If it still sticks onto the pan…wait for another min and try again
