Homemade chicken nuggets by Brenda Lok


1. Cut the chicken breast into desired size.
2. Marinate the chicken with black pepper powder and salt. Keep in fridge for few hours.
3. After few hours, preheat oven to 200 deg C, bake option ( up and down fire)
4. First coat the chicken with flour.
5. Then dip it in egg and follow by cracker crumb. I am using normal square cracker, just crash it in a plastic.
6. Line the coated chicken in a wire rack, and put it in the oven.
7. Let the chickens bake for 30 minutes (depends on oven, mine is fine with 200 deg C and 30 minutes). No need to turn the chicken halfway as I am using up and down fire
8. And ta-da, chicken nuggets is ready to be served.
